Priority Assist with R Marine Perth
R Marine Perth – Western Australia
The premium service and support delivered by R Marine Perth throughout the festive season always impresses West Australian members of the Riviera and Belize family … and this year was certainly no exception.
As part of the dealership’s ongoing Riviera client assistance program, the R Marine Perth Priority Assist support vessel was on location at Rottnest Island from Boxing Day through until Monday, January 11.
On-call for assistance, owner care manager Tim Wright anchored a Riviera 42 Flybridge in the idyllic cruising grounds and was available to respond immediately in the brand-new Gemini 730 Rigid Inflatable, which was fitted with the recently released 400hp Mercury Racing outboard, as well as a host of custom options.
The Gemini proved to be an exceptionally good ‘quick response’ vessel and R Marine Perth dealer principal Michael Pitman thanked Dave Johnson and the team at Jet Torque Marine WA for helping to ensure owner issues were rectified quickly.
“With a top speed of 56 knots at 7000 rpm, the Gemini has the capacity to get to any situation very quickly, and it performed faultlessly,” he said.
Mr Pitman says providing high quality service for Riviera and Belize owners is a core responsibility for the R Marine Perth team, with Priority Assist having been delivered at the idyllic Rottnest cruising ground for several years.
“It gives our owners real peace of mind to know that they have that service and support on-hand across the holiday season, and it also ensures we continue to build the close relationship we have with our valued owners,” he said.
